Anatomy of a YOGA Class:
  1. Do not come with a full stomach, do bring water.
  2. Wear comfortable clothes. It is not a fashion show.
  3. Yoga is done bare footed on a yoga mat. We have mats or you may bring your own.
  4. Class begins with breathing and warm up postures.
  5. Main body of the class involves learning postures and breathing exercises which work the entire body.
  6. Slowing down exercises are done to prepare the body for the final rest period.
  7. At the end of each class, you lay on your back and totally relax with the lights turned way down. The period of relaxation allows cell memory to occur and keeps you from getting sore the next day.
